The BHA Alumni Network Mentoring Programme is now open.
Built around one-to-one connections within our alumni community, the programme brings together alumni who are looking for guidance and those willing to share what they have learned from their own experiences.
How It Works
The programme is open to both mentees and mentors across a wide range of areas, including university life, academics, career exploration, industries, and professional development.
Rather than allowing mentees to select a specific mentor, the BHA Alumni Network reviews each application and makes matches based on factors such as the mentee’s interests and current stage, the mentor’s experience, and availability.
Once a match is made, the mentor and mentee are connected directly and can communicate in the way that works best for them. There is no required number of meetings or fixed schedule — each mentoring relationship can develop naturally around the questions, goals, and availability of both participants.
For Mentees
You do not need to have everything figured out before applying.
Whether you have questions about university, want to explore a particular career or industry, or simply want to hear from someone who has already gone through a similar stage, you can submit a mentoring request.
Sometimes, knowing who to ask is the hardest part. The programme is designed to make that first connection easier.
For Mentors
The experiences you have already gained may be exactly what another member of the community needs to hear.
Mentoring does not mean having every answer. It can be as simple as sharing your experience, answering questions, offering perspective, or helping someone think through their next step.
Alumni from different universities, industries, career stages, and backgrounds are welcome to participate.

The Mentoring Programme is part of the BHA Alumni Network’s broader effort to build connections that extend beyond graduation.
A network becomes valuable not simply because people belong to it, but because its members are willing to connect, share what they know, and help one another move forward.
